Ironcrest Equipment FAQ

Ironcrest Equipment FAQ

How long has RIPPA been in business?

RIPPA was founded in 2013 and has produced heavy equipment for customers around the world while building a reputation for affordable, practical equipment. RIPPA works with established component brands across its equipment lines, including Kubota, Yanmar, Bosch, Perkins, Isuzu, and Hyundai. With more than 60 authorized dealers in the United States and a growing network, RIPPA also supports U.S. customers through two domestic inventory and parts warehouses.

Why consider RIPPA equipment?

RIPPA focuses on delivering capable compact equipment at an attainable price. Customers can choose from mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other compact machines backed by a growing U.S. dealer network, domestic inventory, parts availability, and local dealer support.

Is RIPPA equipment supported in the United States?

Yes. RIPPA maintains U.S. equipment and parts inventory and supports a nationwide authorized dealer network. Ironcrest Equipment provides local sales, machine preparation, delivery coordination, and after-sale assistance from Cullman, Alabama.

Are parts available in the United States?

RIPPA maintains U.S.-based parts inventory to help reduce lead times. Availability varies by machine, component, and current stock, so contact Ironcrest with your model and serial number for confirmation.

What warranty comes with a RIPPA machine?

RIPPA machines include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage and duration depend on the specific model and configuration—typically two years for standard models and up to three years for certain PRO models. Ironcrest will help administer and support eligible claims, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Ironcrest Equipment. Review the written warranty for the exact unit before purchase.

Are RIPPA machines made in China?

RIPPA manufactures equipment in China and uses components from established global suppliers on various models. Many equipment brands source manufacturing, assemblies, or components globally. The practical questions are whether the machine is properly configured and prepared, whether replacement parts are accessible, and whether knowledgeable dealer support is available after the sale. Ironcrest focuses on each of those areas.

Can I see a machine before purchasing?

Yes, when the model is locally available. Our Cullman showroom and pickup location are available by appointment. Message us or call 256-507-6287 to schedule.
