Buying, Delivery & Availability

What to expect when purchasing your RIPPA equipment from Ironcrest.

Why buy from a RIPPA authorized dealer instead of a reseller?

Purchasing through an authorized RIPPA dealer provides benefits that an independent reseller may not be able to offer. RIPPA provides extended warranty coverage on eligible machines purchased through authorized dealers. Ironcrest also has direct access to RIPPA’s dealer systems, management team, after-sales department, and technical support resources.

Our technicians have access to specialized product training and service information. As an authorized dealer, Ironcrest is also evaluated on customer service and held to high standards to maintain our dealer status. That means you are purchasing more than a machine—you are gaining a local dealership that can help with machine preparation, warranty support, parts, technical questions, and service after the sale. Warranty coverage varies by model and is subject to RIPPA’s written terms.

Do you deliver, or do I have to pick up my new machine?

You may pick up your machine in Cullman, Alabama, or arrange delivery. Ironcrest offers white-glove delivery for machines weighing less than 3.5 tons within approximately 300 miles of Cullman. Delivery generally costs $3–$4 per loaded mile, depending on the machine, destination, route, and delivery requirements.

For destinations beyond our local delivery area or for heavier equipment, we can assist with scheduling an independent transport company. Final delivery pricing and timing are confirmed before shipment.

What is the difference between an in-stock machine and a preorder?

In-stock machines are located at Ironcrest in Cullman and are generally available for pickup or delivery within 1–24 hours, depending on the preparation package and any accessories being installed.

Preorder machines are sourced from RIPPA’s Texas or Virginia warehouse inventory. Delivery to Cullman generally takes 1–3 weeks, depending on warehouse location, transportation availability, and where your order falls in our current shipping schedule.

Preorders require a 20% deposit and receive discounted preorder pricing. We also offer 30% off eligible accessories that are in stock at the same RIPPA warehouse shipping the machine. Availability, delivery timing, and accessory eligibility are confirmed when the preorder is placed.

How long has RIPPA been in business?

RIPPA was founded in 2013 and has produced heavy equipment for customers around the world while building a reputation for affordable, practical equipment. RIPPA works with established component brands across its equipment lines, including Kubota, Yanmar, Bosch, Perkins, Isuzu, and Hyundai. With more than 60 authorized dealers in the United States and a growing network, RIPPA also supports U.S. customers through two domestic inventory and parts warehouses.

Why consider RIPPA equipment?

RIPPA focuses on delivering capable compact equipment at an attainable price. Customers can choose from mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other compact machines backed by a growing U.S. dealer network, domestic inventory, parts availability, and local dealer support.

Is RIPPA equipment supported in the United States?

Yes. RIPPA maintains U.S. equipment and parts inventory and supports a nationwide authorized dealer network. Ironcrest Equipment provides local sales, machine preparation, delivery coordination, and after-sale assistance from Cullman, Alabama.

Are parts available in the United States?

RIPPA maintains U.S.-based parts inventory to help reduce lead times. Availability varies by machine, component, and current stock, so contact Ironcrest with your model and serial number for confirmation.

What warranty comes with a RIPPA machine?

RIPPA machines include a manufacturer warranty. Coverage and duration depend on the specific model and configuration—typically two years for standard models and up to three years for certain PRO models. Ironcrest will help administer and support eligible claims, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Ironcrest Equipment. Review the written warranty for the exact unit before purchase.

Are RIPPA machines made in China?

RIPPA manufactures equipment in China and uses components from established global suppliers on various models. Many equipment brands source manufacturing, assemblies, or components globally. The practical questions are whether the machine is properly configured and prepared, whether replacement parts are accessible, and whether knowledgeable dealer support is available after the sale. Ironcrest focuses on each of those areas.

Can I see a machine before purchasing?
