Service Area

BamaMats currently provides local pickup and limited delivery service throughout North Alabama and select surrounding areas.

If your location falls outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

Local Pickup

Free pickup is available by appointment at:
Cullman, AL 35057

Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available to qualifying locations within our service area.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order size, and accessibility of the delivery location and if unloading equipment is required.

Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery details before shipment.

Delivery Scheduling

We make every effort to complete deliveries promptly. Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic conditions
  • Equipment availability
  • Order volume
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Unloading equipment as well as safe and reasonable access to the delivery location
  • Adequate space for unloading
  • Compliance with any site-specific requirements

If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, lack of unloading equipment, or access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products upon delivery or pickup.

Any shortages, damage, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Photographs may be requested to assist with claim evaluation.

Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon pickup or successful delivery.
