Refund policy
Returns
Unused mats may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Requirements:
- Mats must be in new, resalable condition.
- No wear, gouges, cuts, cracks, burns, or modifications.
- Customer is responsible for return transportation costs.
- Refund issued after inspection.
Used Mats
Used mats are not eligible for return.
Ground protection mats are industrial products and normal use results in wear that prevents resale as new inventory.
Damaged Shipments
Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide:
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damage
- Quantity affected
BamaMats will replace, or refund damaged products at our discretion.
Warranty
2-Year Limited Warranty
BamaMats warrants its HDPE ground protection mats against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Premature cracking under normal intended use
This warranty does not cover:
- Abuse
- Improper use
- Excessive point loading
- Chemical damage
- Fire damage
- Vehicle accidents
- Cosmetic wear
- Normal scratching
Warranty Remedy
BamaMats may:
- Replace the product
- Provide a prorated credit
at its sole discretion.
