BamaMats Terms of Service

Welcome to BamaMats.com. By purchasing products from Ironcrest Equipment LLC, DBA BamaMats (“BamaMats,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Actual product appearance, color, and finish may vary slightly from photographs.

Product specifications, dimensions, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

BamaMats reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not be released until payment has been received and verified.

Delivery and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and unloading equipment, unless agreed to at the time of order.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

Customers must inspect products upon receipt and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.

Products showing signs of use, abuse, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs unless otherwise agreed by BamaMats.

Warranty

BamaMats provides a limited two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Improper use or Rentals
• Overloading
• Chemical exposure
• Fire damage
• Vehicle accidents
• Modifications or alterations

BamaMats may repair, replace, or provide a prorated credit for any product covered under warranty at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BamaMats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.

Customer assumes responsibility for determining product suitability for their intended application.

BamaMats’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

All content, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of BamaMats and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cullman County, Alabama.
