Ironcrest Standard Prep

Every new machine prepared and sold by Ironcrest receives a thorough pre-delivery inspection and operational check at no additional charge.

  • Inspect engine oil, coolant, fuel system, and all fluid levels
  • Inspect hydraulic fluid, hoses, fittings, and connections for proper operation and leaks
  • Check track tension, undercarriage, primary fasteners, pins, and grease points
  • Inspect the electrical system, controls, and safety equipment
  • Operationally test the machine, hydraulics, travel functions, and attachment fitment
  • Complete a final cleaning and customer orientation before pickup or delivery

Commercial Prep

For customers who want their new machine prepared for demanding commercial use from day one. Commercial Prep includes everything in Standard Prep, plus:

  • Complete engine and hydraulic fluid replacement with premium fluids
  • Loctite applied to primary pivot-point fasteners where appropriate
  • Thorough hydraulic tuning and adjustment
  • Spray ceramic protectant applied to painted exterior surfaces

Commercial Prep must be requested before the machine is prepared for pickup or delivery.

BamaMats Ground Protection
