Choose the preparation level that matches how you plan to use your machine. Both options are completed by the Ironcrest team in Cullman before pickup or delivery.
Option 1 Standard Prep $200
Ironcrest Standard Prep
A thorough pre-delivery inspection and operational check for customers who want a correctly assembled, tested, and customer-ready machine.
- Inspect engine oil, coolant, fuel system, and all fluid levels
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings, and connections for leaks and proper operation
- Check track tension, undercarriage, fasteners, pins, and grease points
- Inspect electrical and safety systems
- Test controls, travel, hydraulics, and attachment fitment
- Final cleaning and customer orientation
Option 2 Commercial Prep $375
Commercial Prep
For customers preparing a machine for demanding commercial use. Includes everything in Standard Prep, plus:
- Complete engine and hydraulic fluid replacement with premium fluids
- Loctite on primary pivot-point fasteners where appropriate
- Thorough hydraulic tuning and adjustment
- Spray ceramic protectant on painted exterior surfaces
Preparation must be selected before the machine is prepared for pickup or delivery.
