RIPPA Manufacturer Warranty Support

Manufacturer-Backed Warranty Support

Every new RIPPA machine sold by Ironcrest is supported by RIPPA's manufacturer warranty for eligible defects in materials, design, manufacturing, and factory assembly. Coverage applies when the machine is operated and maintained according to the owner's manual and the claim is approved by the manufacturer.

Ironcrest Helps You Through the Process

You will not be left to navigate a claim alone. Ironcrest Equipment assists our customers with documenting the concern, identifying the machine and affected component, communicating with RIPPA, coordinating approved replacement parts, and helping arrange the appropriate repair path.

Depending on the approved claim, manufacturer support may include replacement parts with video-guided installation, assistance through an authorized repair provider, on-site service where available, reimbursement of approved repair labor, or factory overhaul for qualifying major repairs.

Coverage Varies by Machine and Component

Warranty length and coverage vary by model, configuration, and component. RIPPA's component schedule generally provides longer coverage for major structural, hydraulic, undercarriage, and mechanical components, with shorter periods for certain electrical items, wear-related components, batteries, switches, seals, and similar parts. Some machines may be promoted with longer overall manufacturer warranty periods, but the written warranty supplied with the specific unit and the applicable component schedule control.

Ask Ironcrest for the warranty information applicable to the exact machine you are considering.

What Is Generally Covered

  • Eligible failures caused by verified defects in materials or manufacturing
  • Covered hydraulic, mechanical, undercarriage, structural, engine, and electrical components within their applicable warranty periods
  • Approved repair or replacement when a covered part cannot be satisfactorily repaired
  • Multiple manufacturer-approved service paths based on the type and severity of the issue

What Is Generally Not Covered

Like most equipment warranties, coverage does not include normal wear, routine maintenance, accidental or collision damage, misuse, improper operation, failure to use required fluids or filters, unauthorized modification or disassembly, continued operation after a known failure, water or freeze damage, or damage caused by failure to follow the owner's manual and maintenance schedule.

Consequential costs such as downtime, lost work, lost revenue, transportation, and project delays are not covered unless specifically approved in writing.

How to Start a Claim

  1. Stop operating the machine if continued use could cause additional damage.
  2. Contact Ironcrest with the machine model, serial or identification plate, date of purchase, operating hours, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Provide photos or video showing the failure and explain what the machine was doing immediately before it occurred.
  4. Keep the failed part. RIPPA may require it to be returned before or after a replacement is issued, and a refundable deposit may be required for certain high-value advance replacements.
  5. Wait for claim approval before disassembly or repair unless Ironcrest or RIPPA gives written authorization.

Our Commitment

Ironcrest Equipment is your local advocate and service contact before, during, and after the sale. We will make the claim process as clear and efficient as possible, keep you informed, and help coordinate the approved solution. The warranty itself is provided and administered by RIPPA, and final coverage decisions remain with the manufacturer; Ironcrest does not independently issue or guarantee the manufacturer's warranty.
